Travel – Where in the world should I go?!
We arrived in New Mangalore, India with a plan; we wanted to see a few temples and have a little beach time. Upon exiting the ship, we hightailed it straight out of the port on foot, thanking all of the overpriced taxis and tuk tuks for their offers, crossed the main road and waved the next bus down.

Most prominently known for it’s beaches, Goa the western India state also has spice plantations and many churches from the Portuguese 17th century colonization which lasted until 1961. We decided to hit the beach and try some good eats!

Day 2 – Checked onto the Celebrity Constellation cruise ship at Port Mina Zayed in Abu Dhabi. We were welcomed aboard with a glass of champagne and lots of friendly faces milled about. We scooted up to the Oceanview Cafe buffet for a light lunch before checking out all of the amazing facilities on board. I won’t go into great detail as I will dedicate more time in another blog to address the ship itself, so watch for that blog. After attending the mandatory lifeboat drill, we settled into the truly relaxing ship life.

Arrived at Berlin Tegel Airport. Our flight has a 45 minute delay – Ukraine Air $180.00 (Berlin/Kiev/Dubai)
